Business Situation


Although, SAP Business One has its own Recurring Posting functionality, this functionality lets you define and display a recurring posting template according to your defined criteria.


The client required that Recurring Posting should be done for the A/R invoice and Sales Order, depending on the selected Document (Target Doc). Also, when SAP B1 gets started, it should show “Confirmation of Recurring Posting Window”. This window displays a list of all instances of recurring posting templates. Use this window to define which instances you want saved to the database and which can be removed from the list.
