Client is a venture capitalist. The newly commenced companies need finance to start their new business. To meet the financial needs of the companies, the client acted as a financer.
Client is involved in various transactions, which required an independent valuation. It also provides solutions to the companies in their mergers and acquisitions, investment decisions / participations, joint ventures, personnel options, and disputes & litigation.
Business Situation
Client website was earlier static and was built on HTML pages that failed to attract the attention of the customers. Client wanted a complete transition that can change the overall look of the site.
